My Name is Taylor Smith. Counting this term I have 3 terms
left in my CIS associates degree. I have learned a lot about
linux, cyber security, and troubleshooting, but my primary
focus has been in Networking. I currently work in tech
for a local WISP, and will benefit greatly from all I have
been learning here at COCC.
I was 9 when we first got AOL dial up at my house. I
remember using it and spening most of my time on
Neopets, Runescape, funnyjunk.com, and ebaumsworld.
The internet opened our world in so many ways and
has a had a profound effect on me. I built my first
PC when is was 12 or 13, and have been fascinated by tech
ever since. I am starting a business here in Central
Oregon, and will use what I learn here to make my
company website stand out!
